Process: Determine eligibility for IV-E FCM

Complete the IPV budget worksheet as follows:

1. From the Requirements 7 to 9 screen, click Worksheets link to open that area of the screen.

2. Click the IPV link. The Intentional Program Violation (IPV) Budget Worksheet screen appears.

3. Select the check box next to each case member who is responsible for the violation.

4. Click Calculate. The system calculates the gross unearned income amount to be used in the eligibility determination..

5. If the calculation appears to be correct, click Save. You are returned to the Requirements 7 to 9 screen. The system uses the amount it calculated here in the eligibility determination.
   
   If the calculation does not appear to be what you expected, click Cancel, make any further verifications or edits to the worksheet, click Calculate, then click Save.

6. Click Next Task below to continue.
