Record the Stepparent Worksheet

Process: Determine eligibility for IV-E FCM

Complete the Stepparent budget worksheet as follows:

1. From the Requirements 7 to 9 screen, click the Worksheets link. Budget worksheets appear in the Worksheets table.

2. Click the Stepparent link. The Stepparent Budget Worksheet screen appears.

3. Select the Name of Stepparent in drop down.

4. Click Update/Employment Assets link if applicable.

5. Click Calculate. The system calculates the gross unearned income amount to be used in this eligibility determination.

6. If the calculation appears to be correct, click Save. You are returned to the Requirements 7 to 9 screen. The system uses the amount it calculated here in the eligibility determination.
   
   If the calculation does appear to be what you expected, click Cancel, make any further verifications or edits to the worksheet, click Calculate, then click Save.

7. Click Next Task below to continue.
