View a Person's Address History

The system retains each address that was recorded on a person profile to build a history of the person's addresses.

To view a person's address history, complete the following steps:

1. Display the person's profile.

2. Click the Address tab on the Person Profile screen. A list of this person's current addresses appears in the Person Address section. This person's email and telephone information appears in the Person Phone/Email section.

3. Click the View Address History link above the Person Address table. The Person Address History screen appears. This screen lists the person's previous addresses.

4. Click the Close button. You are returned to the Person Address screen.
