An activity log record that is in "Completed" status cannot be updated. However, you can add a corrected narrative to clarify the information originally recorded. You can, however, update an activity in "Draft" status; see Update the provider activity log.
Correct an activity log narrative as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link for the provider who's record you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click Activity Log in the navigation bar on the left. The Activity Log Filter Criteria screen appears.
Enter your search criteria. You can view activity records within a certain date range, by a certain worker, of a certain category, of a certain contact type, and so on.
Click Search. The activity records that met your criteria appear in the Activity Log table.
Click the Edit link next to the record you want to correct. The Activity Log Details screen appears.
Enter the correct details in the narrative field.
In the Activity State field at the bottom of the screen; select Completed.
Click Save. You are returned to the Provider Overview screen.
