Record Capacity Information for Non-ODJFS Providers

A provider's capacity refers to the number of bedrooms, beds, and cribs available as well as the service limits. For ODJFS providers, you record this information as part of the home study process (see Record a home study). For residential and non-ODJFS providers, this information is recorded with other provider details.

Record capacity information for a non-ODJFS provider as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Click the Directory tab. The system defaults to the Provider Search tab; the Provider Profile Search Criteria screen appears.

(Or if the provider is in your workload, click the Workload tab and open the provider record. Go to step 6.)

  3. Enter your search criteria. If you have the provider ID, enter it in to the Provider ID field.

  4. Click Search. Your results appear in the Provider Profile Search Results table.

  5. Click the Edit link for the provider record you want to update. The Provider Overview screen appears.

  6. Click the Provider Information link in the Provider Actions field. The system defaults to the Members tab; The Provider Name Information screen appears, beginning with basic information.

  7. Click the Capacity tab. The Current Capacity Information screen appears.

  8. Complete the fields on this screen.

  9. Click Save. You are returned to the Provider Overview screen.
