The Provider Overview screen leads you to a history of the clients who received services from a provider.
View this history as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link next to the provider ID. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click Placements / Services link in the navigation bar on the left. The system defaults to the Placements tab; the Placements Filter Criteria screen appears displaying a list of children who are receiving services.
Click the Services tab. The Services Filter Criteria screen appears.
You can filter the services provided within a certain date range by entering the Begin Date and the End Date in each field.
Select the Historical radio button, then click Filter. The results show in the Services field.
Click Close to return to the Placements Filter Criteria screen.
