View Placements Not Accepted by a Provider

The Provider Overview screen leads you to a list of the clients in the provider record for whom placement requests were rejected and the reasons why.

View this list as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

2. Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.

3. Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.

4. Click Placements / Services link in the navigation bar on the left. The system defaults to the Placements tab; the Placements Filter Criteria screen appears displaying a list of children who are receiving services.

5. Click the Placements Not Accepted tab. The Placements Not Accepted screen appears displaying placement requests that were rejected. Shown is the child's name, along with the date of refusal, the reason, and the worker.

6. Click Close to return to the Provider Workload screen.
