The provider activity log reflects the activities, point in time occurrences, that are associated with the provider, provider members, or children placed with the provider.
View the provider activity log as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link for the provider whose record you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click Activity Log in the navigation bar on the left. The Activity Log Filter Criteria screen appears.
Enter your filter criteria. You can display activity records within a certain date range, by a certain worker, of a certain category, of a certain contact type, and so on.
Click Filter. The activity records that met your criteria appear in the Activity Log table. Restricted activity records are not included in the table if you are not assigned to the provider record.
Click the View link for activity record to view the details. The Activity Log Details screen appears.
Click Close. You are returned to the Activity Log Filter Criteria screen.
