Record the Details of a PSA

Process: Record a protective service alert

The protective service alert (PSA) includes descriptions of caretakers, children, the situation causing the alert, instructions for the agency, and so on.

To record these details of a PSA, complete the following steps:

  1. On the PSA record, click the Details tab. The PSA Information screen appears.

  2. Complete the fields on the screen to describe the details of the PSA, such as:

    Suspected Destination
    Outside of Ohio
    Instructions if Child is Found

  3. Click the Apply button.

  4. Click Next Task below to continue.
