Process: Record a protective service alert
The protective service alert (PSA) includes descriptions of caretakers, children, the situation causing the alert, instructions for the agency, and so on.
To record these details of a PSA, complete the following steps:
On the PSA record, click the Details tab. The PSA Information screen appears.
Complete the fields on the screen to describe the details of the PSA, such as:
Suspected Destination
Outside of Ohio
Instructions if Child is Found
Click the Apply button.
Click Next Task below to continue.
