Record a Response to a Safety Assessment

Process: Record a safety assessment

When you have completed your evaluations, you document the safety response for each child.

To record a safety response, complete the following steps:

1. Click the Safety Response tab on the Safety Assessment record. The Section 6: Safety Response screen appears.

2. Complete the fields on this screen.

3. For each child listed, select the safety response from the drop-down list.

4. Click the Apply button to save the information.

5. Click Next Task below to continue.
