If a case plan is in "In Progress" status, you can delete a participant, as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID Number of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click the Case Plan link in the navigation bar on the left. The Case Plan Filter Criteria screen appears.
Click the Edit link for the case plan. This link appears when the case plan is in "In Progress" status. The Case Plan Topics screen appears.
Select Identifying Information link. The Identifying Information screen appears. It lists the child and adult participants in this case plan.
Click the Delete link for the participant you want to remove this case plan. The system displays a dialog box asking you to confirm the deletion.
Click OK. The participant is removed from the case plan.
Click Save. You are returned to the Case Plan Filter Criteria screen.
