Process: Record a Case Plan
As part of a case plan for a child currently in placement, you record the services the agency will provide the out-of-home caregiver to help the child reach his or her case plan goals. (If this does not apply to your case plan, click Next Task below to continue.)
Record caregiver services as follows:
From the Case Plan Topics screen, click the Caregiver Services link. The Service(s) Details screen appears. It lists the services that are associated with this case plan.
Click the Link Services button. The Case Services Filter Criteria screen appears.
You can enter information to filter through services to find the case service you want to link or select the box next to the service you want linked.
Click OK. The Service(s) Details screen appears.
Click the select link for the service you want to associate with this case plan. You are returned to the Case Plan Topics screen.
The system determines whether service authorization is necessary. If this is a paid service, the system displays the Authorize link next to the case plan on the Case Plan Filter Criteria.
Click Save.
