Process: Record an ongoing case assessment/investigation
The Participants Information screen of the ongoing A/I appears when you open the A/I record. If this is a new assessment record, the system automatically fills in all of the children and adults included in the most recent safety assessment. If there is no safety assessment, the grids are blank. The system reflects the primary and secondary caregivers identified on the Case Detail screen.
To add or update participants in this ongoing A/I, complete the following steps:
In the Children in the Family section, click the Add Child button. The Available Participants screen displays a list of members for this case.
Select the check box(es) next to the child participant(s) in this ongoing A/I. You must select at least one.
In the Role field drop-down list for the child, select the appropriate role.
Click the Save button. You are returned to the Participants Information screen. The child's information displays in the grid.
In the Adults in the Family section, click the Add Adult button. The Available Participants screen displays a list of members for this case.
Select the box(es) next to the adult participant(s) in this ongoing A/I.
In the Role field drop-down list for the adult, select the appropriate role.
Click the Apply button.
