Record risk reassessment (AR family service review)

Process: Record AR family service review

An (AR) family service plan must be recorded and approved prior to being able to document the AR family service review.

Record risk reassessment for an AR family service review as follows:

1. From the Family Service Plan Review Topics screen, click the Risk Reassessment link. The Risk Reassessment tab appears.

2. In the Scores table, click the radio button next to the answer that applies to each question. All questions must be answered.

3. Click the Calculate Risk button. You are taken to the Policy Overrides tab.  The Actual Risk Level appears based on the answers to the questions on the previous tab.

4. In the Policy Override Information table; answer if a policy override is needed. If "Yes", select the box next to the appropriate reason.

5. Enter narrative details in the Describe Reasons for Any Policy/Discretionary Override field.

6. Click Save. You are returned to the Family Service Plan Review Topics screen.

7. Click Next below.
