Process: Record AR family service review

An (AR) family service plan must be recorded and approved prior to being able to document the AR family service review.

Record service/concerns review for an AR family service review as follows:

1. From the Family Service Plan Review Topics screen, click the Service / Concerns link. The Concerns Review screen appears.

2. Click on the button next to the View Concerns Documented for the Family Service Plan. Concerns from the service plan appear in the table.  

3. Enter narrative details in What are the current service plan activities and services? Discuss the progress of each.  

4. Enter narrative details in Are there any new concerns to address in the Family Service Plan?

5. Enter narrative details in Are there any activities and/or services that will address these concerns that should be included in the Family Service Plan?

6. Enter narrative details in Are there any other ways that we can better meet your needs?

7. Click on Service Review button to view the current AR family service plan services.

8. Click Close. You are returned to the Concerns Review screen.  

9. Click Save. The Family Service Plan Review Topics screen appears

10. Click Next Task below to continue.
