Record safety review (AR family service review)

Process: Record AR family service review

An (AR) family service plan must be recorded and approved prior to being able to document the AR family service review.

Record safety review for an AR family service review as follows:

1. From the Family Service Plan Review Topics screen, click the Safety Review link. The Safety Review screen appears.

2. In the Are there any safety concerns for your child(ren)? narrative field, detail the safety concerns for the children.

3. Answer "Yes" or "No" from the drop down next to the question, Is there a current safety plan? In the Explain field, enter details regarding the safety of the children.  

4. In the How can we work together to help you improve the safety of your children? field, provide the answers in detail.

5. Click Save. The Family Service Plan Review Topics screen appears.

6. Click Next Task below to continue.
