Assign work item

This screen allows you to select the worker or supervisor to whom you are assigning the work item(s) you selected on the Work Assignments screen. You can assign work items to workers or supervisors in your own agency to another agency; however, if you want to assign ownership to another agency, you must transfer the work item.

The Select link opens the assignment detail screen, from which you can record the details of the assignment.
