Employee assignment

Start Date

Enter the date on which the new assignment begins. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.

End Date

To close a work assignment, enter the date on which this assignment ends. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is optional. However, it is required if you are ending an assignment.

End My Assignment

Select this check box to end an assignment to this work item as one of the roles selected in the Roles column.

Comments

Enter any additional information or comments that explain this assignment.

Roles

Select the check box next to each role this worker will have on the work item(s) listed below, in the Work Items table. This field displays the roles authorized for this worker via the security profiles assigned to the worker through user group assignments.

If you are ending a work assignment, select the role(s) you are ending.
