This screen allows you to create or update InfoSec IDs for Ohio SACWIS users or update the user's access to the system.

A user has only one active InfoSec ID but may have more than one employee record in Ohio SACWIS, for example, if the person works for more than one agency. In this situation, each employee record is associated with the same InfoSec ID. If you receive a request to change a worker's access to the system, you may need to change the access on each employee record.

You can make updates to an InfoSec ID record as long as an end-date has not been entered.
