User details screen

This screen allows you to create or update InfoSec IDs for Ohio SACWIS users or update the user's access to the system.

A user has only one active InfoSec ID but may have more than one employee record in Ohio SACWIS, for example, if the person works for more than one agency. In this situation, each employee record is associated with the same InfoSec ID. If you receive a request to change a worker's access to the system, you may need to change the access on each employee record.

You can make updates to an InfoSec ID record as long as an end-date has not been entered.

Fields on this screen

InfoSec ID	Enter the InfoSec ID, which is created by State InfoSec security administrator using a unique identification process. You can enter up to 10 characters. This field is required.
Start Date	Enter the date on which the access to Ohio SACWIS is effective. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. You cannot enter a date in the past. This field is required.
End Date	Enter the date on which this ID no longer valid. You cannot enter a date in the past. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. As soon as you enter a date in the field and save this screen, the user's access is terminated. You must end-date the current InfoSec ID before you are assign a user a new InfoSec ID.
Comments	Enter any comments about this worker's ID. You can enter up to 200 characters. The system displays a history of comments on this screen.
