This screen displays the participants of the pre-adoptive staffing conference. When this conference record is complete, you can then send these people the final JFS 01690 report. Once you select the Generate Notices box, the system generates the report and sends an email notification to each participant. You can generate this report at any time.
The Add Individual button allows you to add a person to the distribution list for the JFS 01690 report, even if they did not attend the conference meeting.
