Case conference notes details screen

This screen allows you, as a supervisor, to record case conference notes related to one or more workers' management of a specific case. As a worker, you use this screen to view the notes recorded on the cases to which he or she is assigned.

If a case is assigned to more than one agency, the supervisors from the assigned agencies have access to all the case conference notes for that case. In the case of PCPA agencies, the supervisor can record case conference notes only when the agency has primary ownership.

The Associate Assigned Workers link allows you to select the workers who participated in this case conference.

Fields on this screen

Conference Type	Select the type of supervisor conference. This field is required.
Conference Date	Enter the date on which this conference took place with the worker. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This date may not be a date in the future. This field is required.
Start Time	Enter the time the conference started, using the format HH:MM, then select AM or PM. These fields are required.
Category	Select the category that applies to these notes. This field is required.
Review Type	Select the type of conference. This field is required.
Associate Assigned Workers
Narrative	Enter the text of your notes to the worker. You can enter up to 4,000 characters. This field is required. This field is hidden when the status is "Completed."
Status	Select the status of this case conference notes record. This field is required. The supervisor who created the case conference notes may update them when the status is "Draft." Case conference notes may stay in "Draft" status for three days, at which time the system automatically changes the status to "Completed." Once in this status, you cannot change this field to "Draft." You cannot make any changes to a case conference notes record when the status is "Completed." However, the supervisor who created the notes record may create addenda to the original notes record.
