Rationale risk elements (ongoing A/I)

This screen allows you to view or explain the rationales behind the risk scores selected on the Risk Scores screen. The Number column lists the item number on the Risk Scores screen. The edit link opens a screen that displays the complete narrative field for the risk score item.
