Eligibility requirements 7 to 9 screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details for eligibility requirements 7 to 9. The requirement title link or

on the left opens the details.

You can delete a person who is not in the SFU. When you do this, the system reset any budget worksheets with which the person was associated. The Add SFU Member button allows you to locate and retrieve additional family members. You can then indicate whether the individual is receiving SSI, FCM, or AA. The edit link next to the parent or guardian name opens the person profile record.

Fields under Deprivation/PWE

Deprivation Type	Select the type of deprivation to which the child was submitted. This field is required when this worksheet is expanded.
Which Parent	Select the parent responsible for the deprivation. This field is required when this worksheet is expanded.
How Verified	Explain how you confirmed the information in the previous two fields. You can enter up to 250 characters. This field is required when this worksheet is expanded.
Father	Select the child's father. This menu displays the SFU members and relationships from the case records. This field is required when you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field.
2-Year Gross Earnings	This field is required for the father when you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field.
PWE	Select this check box if you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field and this check box is not selected for the mother. Either the father or mother must be identified as the PWE.
Mother	Select the child's mother. The system defaults to the child's biological mother. It displays the SFU members and relationships from the case records. This field is required when you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field.
2-Year Gross Earnings	This field is required for the mother when you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field.
PWE	Select this check box if you select Unemployment of Principal Wage Earning Parent in the Deprivation Type field and this check box is not selected for the father. Either the father or mother must be identified as the PWE.
