Participant information (family assessment)

When you click on the Add Family Assessment button, you are taken to this Participants tab, the Participant Information screen.

The Intake Information area displays linked intake reports to the family assessment record. Click the Link Intake button to link additional intake records to this family assessment that may pertain to the case.

The Children in the Family area is where you will click on the Add Child button to select the child, or children from available participants associated with the intakes linked to the family assessment. Once a child is selected from available participants, their name will populate in this area in the form of a hyperlink. By clicking on their name you are taken to their person record. An Add/Change Roles button will appear in this area. You will click on this button to add or change the role of each child participant selected. A Delete link will appear next to each child participant until the family assessment if approved.  

The Adults in the Family area is where you will click on the Add Adult button to select and add adults to the family assessment record from the available participants who are associated with the intakes linked to the family assessment. Once selected from the available participants, their names will also appear as a hyperlink to their person record. A Relationship link appears in the Relationship to Child column. Select the link for each participant to view relationships recorded, or the Relationship Grid link for the participants selected for the assessment. An Add/Change Roles button will also appear in this area. You will click on this button to add or change the role of each adult participant selected. A Delete link will appear next to each child participant until the family assessment if approved.
