This screen has two links located at the top, left of the screen under the tab; Safety Review, and Child Harm. The system defaults to the Safety Review link screen. This screen allows you to select and record the appropriate safety threats with regard to the home of the available participants, and any other household members not included as participants in the family assessment. This screen is dynamic requiring specific answers based on the level of the safety threat in the home, at the time your agency became involved; at the time of the child's removal, if the child was removed.
The Safety Review Details area provides three options from which you can select. When documenting the details for your selection; you will base the descriptions based on the circumstances at the time your agency became involved; at the time of removal. For some, you may want to refer to and include details from other/old cases should they exist.
