Case Analysis Service Planning (family assessment) screen

This screen allows you to access case services to add, and/or link case services to the family assessment record, identify the level of family need, validate the family assessment record for approval, and process the validated family assessment. The Associate Service button allows you to locate and select the case services you want to associate with this assessment.

 The check boxes below the services related to family assessment area identify the level of family need. Click the next to the check box to display additional fields related to the item selected.
