This screen allows you to add or update the disposition details of a particular allegation record.
An intake disposition is recorded for the alleged child victim(s) and alleged perpetrator(s) of each allegation when the intake is one of the following:
CA/N report (all types)
Family In Need of Services report (type "Stranger Danger" only)
For the alleged child victim, the report disposition indicates whether the alleged child victim was found to be abused or neglected. For the alleged perpetrator, the report disposition indicates whether the alleged perpetrator was responsible for the abuse or neglect.
You can also change a completed disposition. A change in the disposition may be required, for example, if a case member filed a grievance with the county disputing the outcome of a report disposition. A disposition may be changed only once. (See About intake dispositions.)
