Contributing factors screen

This screen allows you to view, add or update the contributing factors related to this allegation record. It also lets you indicate that the disposition has been completed. When you save this screen after indicating the disposition is complete, the system displays the disposition letter(s) that will be sent to the alleged perpetrator(s). (See About intake dispositions.)

You cannot update the disposition record after selecting the Disposition Completed checkbox and saving the screen.

Select each check box that applies to this allegation. You must select at least one before indicating that this disposition is complete.

Disposition Completed

Select this check box if this disposition record is complete.

This check box is enabled when you have completed the disposition details for the allegations listed and have selected at least one contributing factor. (Each allegation record must include a report disposition, primary maltreatment, secondary maltreatment, and severity.)

Disposition Date

Enter the date on which you completed this disposition record. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
