Suspected Destination

Enter the location where the agency suspects the children are being taken. You can enter up to 500 characters.  You must complete this field before the PSA can be approved.

Outside of Ohio

Select Yes or No to indicate whether the suspected destination is outside of Ohio.  You must complete this field before the PSA can be approved.

Mode of Transportation

Enter a description of the mode of transportation taken by those suspected of being with the children. You can enter up to 500 characters.

Usual Source of Income

Enter the source of income of those suspected of being with the children. You can enter up 500 characters.
