Last Name

To include the person's last name in your search criteria, enter the person's last name. This is the name the person uses primarily.

Sounds Like

This box is checked automatically, so that the system will search for names that are the phonetic equivalents of the last name.

When the box is checked, the system will not do a partial-name search. Clear the check mark if you want to do a partial-name search (using the % wildcard character).

First Name

To include the person's first name in your search criteria, enter the person's first name. If you want to do a partial-name search, type a % after the first characters of the name and clear the check in the Sounds Like field.

Middle Name

To include the person's middle name in your search criteria, enter the person's middle name.

Date of Birth

To include the person's birth date in your search criteria, enter the date. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.

From Age

As an alternative to entering a birth date, you can narrow your search to persons within a particular age range. Enter the youngest age here. If you enter an age in this field, you have to complete the To Age field.

Gender

To include the person's gender  in your search criteria, select the person's gender to narrow your search to a  particular gender.

Race

To include the person's race in your search criteria, select the race.

Person ID

To locate a person by the person ID number, enter the number. You won't need to enter any other criteria.

SSN

To locate the person by the social security number (SSN), enter the number. You can enter either a SSN or another reference number, not both.

Reference Type

To locate the person by a reference number, select the type of reference document, then enter its number in the Reference Number field. You can enter up to 30 characters.

Reference Number

To locate the person by a reference number, enter the number. This number is required if you selected a reference in the Reference Type field..

Street Number

To find the person by an address, enter a street number.

County

To locate the person by the person's address, select the county.

Street Name

To locate the person by the person's address, enter the name of street.

State

To locate the person by the person's address, select the state.

City

To locate the person by the person's address, enter the name of the city.

Zip Code

To locate the person by the person's address, enter the zip code.
