Agency contracts screen

This screen allows you to view or amend contracts this IV-E agency has with various providers for services.

The View and Edit links allow you to open a specific record. You can edit a contract when the status is "Pending," "Active," or "Payment Hold."

The Contract Services link displays allows you to view or edit a history of services provided under the contract.

Fields on this screen

Provider	To view the contracts this agency has with a specific provider, select the provider. This field displays all providers for which an agency contract exists. The field is disabled when this screen is displayed from the service authorization screen. It displays the provider associated with service authorization.
Status	To view the contracts in a certain status, select the status.
Provider ID	To view the contracts this agency has with a specific provider, enter the provider's ID number. This field is disabled when this screen is displayed from the service authorization screen. It displays the ID of the provider associated with the service authorization.
Contract Type	To view contracts of a certain type, select the type.
Contract Begin	To view contracts in effect during a certain date range, enter the beginning date of the range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Contract End	To view contracts in effect during a certain date range, select the ending date. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Contract Number	To view a specific contract by its number, enter the number. When you enter the number, you do not enter any other filter criteria.
