Intake Categories

Ohio SACWIS organizes all intakes into one of four Intake Categories. You choose the Intake Category on the Basic Information screen when creating the intake record. Once the category is selected, you will choose one or more Intake Types within that category. Refer to the following table to view the categories and types.
