Record Allegation Details

 

Process: Record an intake

The Allegations tab only displays for intakes with the category of CA/N or Dependency Report. Before Allegation Details can be selected, participant roles associated with the intake category must be saved to the intake.

From this tab you will also record the setting type, and address; toxicology allegations if applicable; and any disable infant allegations.

Record intake allegations as follows:

  1. Click the Allegations tab. The Allegation Details screen appears.

  2. Click the Add Allegations button. The Add Allegations screen appears.

  3. In the Allegation Reporter Details area, select the reporters name from Reported By drop down list.  

  4. In the Allegations Details area, enter, or select the Incident Date. If unsure, you can check the box next to Date is Estimate.

  1. Select and add the alleged child, or children victims from the Available Alleged Child Victims/Child Subject of Report table.  

  2. Select and add the alleged perpetrators from the Alleged Perpetrators/Adult Subjects of Report table.

  3. Select and add available allegation types from the Available Allegations Types table.

  4. Click Save to return to the Allegations Details screen. The allegations recorded will display

  1. In the Allegation Setting area, select the Setting Type from the drop down list.

  2. Conduct an address search, or click on Select Participant Address button to populate with the participant's address.

  3. From the Infant Positive Toxicology Allegation area, click the radio button that applies. The system defaults to Not Answered. You must select an alternate description to complete the intake.  

  4. In the Disabled Infant Allegation area, select the option or options if applicable to the intake.

  5. Click Save to exit the intake. Click Apply to continue recording intake details.

  6. Click Next Task below to continue to Specialized Tab.
