Confirm an Inquiry Address

Process: Record a provider inquiry

The Address tab on the inquiry screen displays the current primary address or the current mailing address from the person profile of the member in the Inquirer 1 role. If there is no address record for this person, no address information is displayed here.

Review this information as follows:

  1. Click the Address tab. The Address List screen appears.

  2. Confirm whether this is the correct address information.

  3. If the address is incorrect or missing, click the Members tab.

  4. Click the Edit link next to the name of the Inquirer 1. The system takes you to the Basic tab on the Person Profile screen.

  5. Click the Address tab. The Person Address screen appears.

  6. Click the Edit link to correct the address.

  7. See Add the inquirer's address.

  8. Click Next Task below to continue.
