Delete a Recruitment Plan

If a recruitment plan was created in error, you can delete it if it is in ”r;In Progress” status. Once a plan has been approved, it can not be edited or deleted. If the plan is declined for re-work or recalled it will be returned ”r;In Progress” status.

Delete an recruitment plan as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Select Recruitment. The system defaults to the Plan tab; the Recruitment Plan Filter Criteria screen appears.

  3. Enter the filter criteria. You can view all recruitment plans for the agency selected, or narrow your view to plans of a particular type, with certain effective dates, and so on.

  4. Click Filter. The recruitment plans that meet your criteria appear in the results table.

  5. Click the Delete link for the plan you want to remove. The system asks you to confirm the deletion.

  6. Click OK.

  7. To exit the screen, click the Home header link or another tab.
