Link the Training Courses Completed

Process: Record a home study

The provider may be required to complete training courses for agency providers. These training courses are recorded in the provider's training record. When they are linked, the training course records become part of the home study record.

The completion of these course may be linked to the home study as follows:

  1. From the Maintain Home Study Information screen, click the Training Completed link. The Completed Training List screen appears. It lists any completed training courses already linked to this home study.

  2. Click Link Training button. The Training Record List screen appears.

  3. Click the Select link next to the provider member whose training history you want to link to this home study. The Training Summary screen appears for you to review the training.

  4. Select the check box next to each training course you want to link to the home study.

  5. Click OK. You are returned to the Completed Training List screen.

  6. Click Save. You are returned to the Maintain Home Study Information screen.

  7. Click Next Task below to continue with the home study.
