View a Recruitment Event

Ohio SACWIS allows you to record the details and outcomes of recruitment events held on behalf of a provider or agency.

View these recruitment events as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.

  2. Select Recruitment. The system defaults to the Plan tab; the Recruitment Plan Filter Criteria screen appears.

  3. Click the Events tab. The Recruitment Event Filter Criteria screen appears.

  4. Enter the filter criteria. You can view all recruitment events for the agency selected, or narrow your view to events of a particular type or with certain effective dates.

  5. Click Filter. The results appear in the Recruitment Events table.

  6. Click the View link next to the recruitment plan to see additional details of an event. The Event Information Details screen appears.

  7. Click the Event Outcomes tab to view details about the success or failure of the event, and information about participants who attended the event.

  8. Click Close. You are returned to the Recruitment Plan Filter Criteria screen.

  9. To exit this screen, click the Home header link or other tab.
