After an inquiry record is completed and the application to become a foster or adoptive parent has been screened in, the inquiry is linked to a provider record. More than one inquiry may be linked to a provider.
View the inquiries linked to a provider record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Provider tab.
Click the Workload tab. The Workload screen appears.
Click the Select link for the provider you want to view. The Provider Overview screen appears.
Click the Linked Inquiries link in the navigation bar on the left. The Linked Inquiries List screen appears. It displays the inquiry record(s) associated with this provider.
Click Close. You are returned to the Provider Overview screen.
