Process: Record an ongoing case assessment/investigation
The case analysis allows you to view a summary of this ongoing assessment, including the intake disposition and any services that are linked to this ongoing A/I.
To complete a case analysis, complete the following steps:
Click the Case Analysis tab. The Case Decision screen displays the disposition status and services currently provided.
To review the disposition details, click the Record Disposition link. The Intake Dispositions screen appears.
Review the details, then click the Close button to return to the Case Decision screen.
To review the details of a particular service, click the View link next to the name of the case member. The Service Information screen for that person appears.
Review the details, then click the Close button to return to the Case Decision screen.
If necessary, link services to this ongoing A/I record.
In the Service Description field, enter a description of the service that will be provided.
Click the Apply button to save the information.
Click Next Task below to continue.
