Visitation plans screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update visitation plans. A visitation plan can be created as a part of the case plan, or it can be created as a stand-alone plan used to monitor the interaction a child has with his or her biological family, case participants, and non-case participants. If a visitation plan has been linked to a case plan, it may be changed only through the case plan whose status is "In Progress."

An Edit link allows you to update a visitation plan in "Draft" status and not linked to a case plan. The Add Visitation Plan button allows you to add a visitation plan not associated with a case plan. The Copy link allows you to create a new visitation plan copying an existing stand-alone plan. The Delete link allows you to delete a stand-alone visitation plan in "Draft" status. The Activity link allows you to associate an activity record for a visit with a visitation plan. The Report link allows you to print the Visitation Plan Summary.

Fields on this screen

From Effective Date	To search visitation plans in effect within a certain time frame, enter the beginning date of that range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
To Effective Date	To search visitation plans in effect within a certain time frame, enter the ending date of that range. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY.
Child Name	To search visitation plans for a particular child, select the child's name. This menu displays children on the case for whom a visitation plan was created.
Status	To search visitation plans in a particular status, select the status.
Sort Results By	Select the order by which you want the system to display visitation plans.
