Visitation information details screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details about the person who may visit the child for whom the plan is created. Visitation plans are required for all children for whom the agency maintains custodial rights. Visitation plans can be created as a part of the case plan or can be created as a stand-alone plan used to monitor the interaction a child has with his or her biological family, case participants, and non-case participants.

Fields on this screen

Effective Date	Enter the date on which this visitation plan takes effect. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. This field is required.
End Date	Enter the date on which this visitation plan ends. Use the format MM/DD/YYYY. The system automatically applies an end date when a new visitation plan is created with the same case members.
Member Who May Visit	Select the name of the case member who will visit the child. This field is required. If you select Non-Case Member, the Person Search button is enabled, allowing you to locate and select the person.
Non-Case Who May Visit	If there is another person who may visit this child, enter the full name of that person. You can enter up to 100 characters.
How Often	Describe the frequency at which visits may be made (for example, once a week). You can enter up to 50 characters. This field is required.
How Long (Duration)	Describe the duration of these visits. You can enter up to 50 characters. This field is required.
Where	Enter the location where the visits will take place. You can enter up to 50 characters.
Other Location Information	Enter any additional location details. You can enter up to 200 characters.
Restricted Visit	Select the Yes or No radio button to indicate whether visits are restricted.
Supervised Visit	Select the Yes or No radio button to indicate whether visits are supervised.
State the restriction on visitation...	If visits are restricted or supervised, explain the restrictions. You can enter up to 1,000 characters.
Other Approved Communication	Explain any other communication that may take place with the child. You can enter up to 1,000 characters.
