This screen allows you to view, update, or add the details of agency no-cost or standardized services. The State services administrator uses the costs reflected here to calculate statewide service ceiling for this service.
For the service ID number, the screen displays the system-generated ID number for the service you selected to view. It appears in the Agency Services Detail table. When you are creating a new service, the system displays "New" until you save your entries.
The Add Service Cost button allows you to add a new service cost record for this service type.
When you complete the Obsolete Date field to indicate that a service is obsolete, the system ensures that it is not currently being provided on an active case as a placement service, case service, or contracted service. If it is in use, the system will not allow you to obsolete the service. Also, the system alerts you when obsoleting a service requires ODJFS approval (for example, protective day care, homemaker, or home health aid).
