Vehicle resource details screen

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a person's vehicle resource, which is the type you selected on the Resource History screen. The vehicle may be used in determining a child's eligibility for certain benefits. If a vehicle record was entered in error, you can invalidate it from this screen.

Make	Enter the manufacturer of the vehicle, for example, "Ford." You can enter up to 40 characters. This field is required.
Model	Enter the model of the vehicle, for example, "Taurus." You can enter up to 40 characters. This field is required.
Year	Enter the year the car was manufactured. Use the format YYYY. This field is required.
Value	Enter the value of the vehicle, based on the Kelley Blue Book or the NADA Vehicle Pricing book. This field is required.
Effective Month/Year	Enter the month and year in which the person acquired this vehicle.
Lien Amount	If there is a lien against this vehicle, enter the amount of the lien.
Description	Enter a description of the vehicle. You can enter up to 400 characters.
Invalidate Record	Select the check box if this record was created in error. (You cannot delete a financial profile record.) An invalid record cannot be updated. Clear the check mark to return this record to valid status.
Reason	Enter a reason for invalidating the record or returning it to valid status. You can enter up to 400 characters.
