Record a Financial (Employment) Profile

The financial profile includes the income, expense, resource, and employment information of a person who is a member of a case.  The system requires income and resource information to determine a child's IV-E eligibility. See About financial profiles.

Process

To record an employment profile, conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the Employment link from the left hand navigation. The Employment History screen appears.

  1. Record a person's employment history.

  2. Record primary health insurance providers.

  3. Record a person's income history.

  4. Record a person's expense history.

  5. Record a person's resource history.
