Record a Person's Resource History

Process: Record a financial profile

The employment record includes the person's financial resources. If the person has an alien sponsor, that information is also recorded on the Resource History screen in the Alien Sponsor History area. Record absent parent details for this person in the Absent Parent Status History area.

To record a resource record, conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, select the Employment link from the left hand navigation and complete the following steps:

  1. From the Employment tab, click the Resources tab. The Resource History screen appears.

If you want to limit the display to records with start dates since a certain month and year, enter the month and year in the Month/Year field. Enter a two-digit month and a four-digit year (MM/YYYY). Click the Filter button.

  1. In the Resource History table, select the kind of resource being recorded from the Type drop down list.

  2. Click the Add Resource button. The Resource History screen appears.

  3. Complete the fields on the screen. You must complete at least these fields to save the record:

    Value
    Effective Month/Year

  4. Click the Save button. You are returned to the Expense History screen.

  5. Repeat steps 2 through 5 to record all resources for this person.

  6. From this screen you can record information with regard to an Alien Sponsor and/or details regarding an Absent Parent

  7. Click Close to return to the Person Profile screen.
