This screen allows you to define the parameters of the JFS 01689 Placement Decision Making Process form and display it in a print-ready format. The form may be generated for each matching record conference. The system displays a "Draft" watermark on each page of the form if it is generated before the Match Conference Completed check box is selected on the Placement Decision screen (see Record an adoptive placement decision).
