View an Intake Record

There are several ways to open an intake record. If you are an intake worker, you can open an intake from the Intake Workload screen. If you are not an intake worker, you can view an intake record from the Search button on the screen header, then Intake Search link; or, you can view an intake from a case record.

View an intake record as follows:

From the Intake Workload screen

  1. Click the Intake tab. The Intake Workload screen appears.

  2. Click in the View By field.

  3. Select a filter option and click Filter.

  4. Click the View link next to the intake record. The intake record appears.

From the Screen Header

  1. Click the Search button in the screen header.

  2. Select Intake Search link from the drop down list. A message window will open asking you to confirm you want to leave the current screen.

  3. Click OK. The Intake Search Criteria screen appears.

  4. Enter your search criteria. Click in the Advanced Search Criteria area to include additional criteria, such as Reporter details; Participant information; and Case ID/name.  

  1. You have the option to click in the Sort Results By drop-down to select the method by which you want the results to display.

  2. Click Search. The list of intake records appear in the Search Results table.

  3. Click the View link next to the intake record. The intake record appears.

From a Case Record

  1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab.

  2. Click the Workload tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  3. Click the Case ID Number link of the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

  4. Click the Intake List link in the left hand navigation. The Current Intake List screen appears displaying the intakes that are associated with this case.

  5. In the Intake ID column, click the intake ID Number link to view the intake record.
