Record a Person's Additional Details

Process: Record a person profile

Additional person details include other reference IDs entered in the system, such as a CRIS-E Case Number, Numbers associated with Foster Care Maintenance; any Legacy System ID number; Medicare or Medicaid numbers, and so on.

Conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen; record these details as follows:

  1. Click the Additional tab. The Reference List screen appears.

  2. Click the Add Reference button. The Reference Details screen appears.

  3. From the Reference Type drop down list, select the type you want recorded. This field is required to save the record.

  4. Enter the details associated to the type in the Reference Number field. This field is required to save the record.

  5. Enter an optional description. If Other is selected as the reference type, the Description field is required.

  6. Click Save. You are returned to the Reference List screen. The reference details recorded populate in the Reference List table.

  7. Click the Edit link next to the reference type to edit the reference details. The Reference Details screen appears with the reference information populated in the fields.

  8. Edit details as needed.

  9. Click Save or Cancel to return to the Reference List screen.

  10. Click Next Task below to continue.
