Record Birth Information

Process: Record a medical profile

You must capture birth information for all infants in the legal custody of the PCSA. As an option, you may record it for other children as well.

To record the details of a child's birth, conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Medical from the left hand navigation. The Provider tab appears.

2. Click the Birth tab. The Birth Location screen appears.

3. Complete the fields on the screen, referring to the child's medical records.

4. Click Apply to stay in the Medical Profile. Click Save or Cancel to return to the Person Overview screen.
