Verify Health Insurance

Process: Record a medical profile

If a child is covered under a parent's or guardian's health insurance policy, the system reflects this information on the child's medical profile. The health insurance policy information is recorded on the parent's or guardian's employment record. (See Record a financial profile.)

To verify the health insurance information, conduct a Person Search. From the Person Overview screen, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Medical from the left hand navigation. The Provider tab appears.

2. Click the Health Insurance tab. The Health Insurance screen appears displaying information about the health insurance policy under which this person is covered.

3. Click Next Task below to continue.
